In August, VAE will celebrate photographers and the work they produce with unframed photographs. Work must not exceed 36" in any dimension.

Never Exhibited Works (N.E.W.). Work must have been created within the past 12 months and not previously exhibited anywhere.
Juried with JPEGs. Juried by Steven Matijcio, curator of contemporary art at SECCA in Winston-Salem, NC.

Sale for the Season is the best opportunity for VAE members to make their art available for purchase this holiday season and for shoppers to get original, unique gifts!
Non-juried. VAE members only. Up to 2 works per person. Work cannot exceed 20" in any direction and must be priced at $300 or less.

First Friday Reception: March 4, 6-9pm
This exhibition will be filled with the work of famous artists - recreated by local artists. A tradition in formal art trainging, reproducing the work of masters is a great way to learn their technique. Artists can mimic an existing work or create original work in the style of their favorite master artist.
