Visual Art Exchange (VAE), the oldest private non-profit visual arts organization in Raleigh, is dedicated to serving emerging artists and enriching the cultural environment. VAE offers monthly exhibits, operates a retail gallery, conducts an annual student scholarship competition, provide arts education and development opportunities and installs exhibits in public venues.

Bird's Eye View

We don't mean to look down our noses but htis month Vae's exhibit will be a bit 'lofty'. Bird's Eye View will showcase artwork with a more 'heightened' perspective on the world. Artists are encouraged to be creative in their exploration of downward-looking perspective: the view from an airplane, roof, treetop, ladder, cloud.
