This year's groundSPARK Raleigh Street Painting Festival took place in Moore Square on September 19-21. VAE produces this annual event and we are proud to say that this was our biggest and best festival ever! Well over 400 artists chalked for an intense 27 hours and created nearly 200 street paintings.
